Learning from each other is the way everyone are doing. Germany, America, Japan, so on. In fact, all countries are doing it. That's how learning works. Do you think America invented all their science ? The answer is absolutely not. For example, in 2WW, Churchill went to America and asked American's help to fight Germany. He signed an agreement with America that England has to share all her science developments with America for 50 years. That was one of the reasons why America became the most advance country after the great war.      mak

竊取西方科技，本就是個偽命題，有人的地方就有科技的交流，不然科技就沒有發展，西方在收集人才上先走一步。
