凡是在中國居留超過180天的外籍人士，入境后要到當地公安部門外國人管理處辦理「外國人居留證」

發了一個通知沒有人看的懂， 到底是能回還是不能回？到底誰能回，誰不能回，那種簽證能回，那種不能回，一頭霧水，為什麼不列個表格，那種人， 那種簽證能回，不是挺好嗎？現在這個通知，我是沒有看明白
