培養全球化人才也是為世界製造必需品  Cultivating global talent is also a necessity for the world

 

我覺得現在在還有國家主權的獨立疆界的隔離情況如果是以中華民族文化為主體的話要創新高除了吸引外來的人才, 對外部投資最好能投資教育最好是從小孩子起的寄宿學校. 一個一個的散戶,花的代價大,可是真正並不了解美國, 效果有限. 集中起來,可以專門找好的老師來培養,還可以讓好老師去不同國家的 ,學校的不同分部, 寄宿學校去教. 這樣統一管理,效果也更好,安全,保持身體心理健康,父母也更放心.我好像看過歷史上是什麼帝國,忘了是波斯阿拉伯還是拜占庭從每家選十幾歲的男孩集中培養, 為國騎馬打仗日後有功光耀門庭. 中國有很多窮孩子不怕吃苦. 有錢人的孩子讓他們出錢給窮孩子好一點待遇. 在中國的城市和鄉村的生活環境里,是很難培養出孩子能從不同的文化地域角度來思考問題的. 這些固本主義就是世界上種族政治宗教文化的根本衝突所在.

現在你們在用市場來招標的時候,你們要求技術轉讓. 但是更重要的是他們設計和產生技術的理念. 因為他們的是按他們當地的現來設計的不是所有的技術都是適用的. 我覺得你們應該更要求除了技術轉讓還應該開放一些實習的名額不光是底層的工作名額是具體的參與頂層設計的具有決策權的實習和旁聽. 那培養的人才就可以設計任何的地區的各類市場. 在紐約我還可以感受到在他們文化中對亞洲文化,以及中國人的低視. 有些價值觀是根深蒂固幾千年,你要改變也得深入到骨子裡去除才行. 如果有一天你可以全球來規劃, 當你需要的人才時, 就可以從全球的孩子中選拔總之我覺得你們在把重點放在提升自己時應該有一定的比例對外投資而這些投資領域是為以後對全球經濟掌控優化做準備的培養全球化人才也是為世界製造必需品.

 

Now when you use market looking for bid, you ask for technology as  exchange. But what's more important is theirgenerating technology ideas of designing. Because they are designing according to their local realties, not all technologies are applicable. I think you should be more demanding that in addition to technology transfer, also open some internship positions, not only the regular jobs, but also the specific internships and auditors who participate in the top-level design. Then the cultivated talents can design forall areas,  all situationsall kinds of markets. In New York, I can also feel the Asian culture in their culture, as well as the Chinese people are secondary. Some values are deeply rooted for thousands of years, and you have to  go deep into the bones to change them. If one day you can plan for the whole world, when you need the talent, you can choose people world wide. In short, I think that when you focus on improving yourself, you should have a certain proportion of foreign investment, and these investment areas are the preparation for the global economic control and optimization in the futureSo cultivating global talents is also a necessity for the world.
