我覺得, 現在在還有國家主權的獨立, 疆界的隔離情況下, 如果是以中華民族文化為主體的話, 要創新高, 除了吸引外來的人才, 對外部投資, 最好能投資教育, 最好是從小孩子起的寄宿學校. 一個一個的散戶,花的代價大,可是真正並不了解美國, 效果有限. 集中起來,可以專門找好的老師來培養,還可以讓好老師去不同國家的 ,學校的不同分部, 寄宿學校去教. 這樣統一管理,效果也更好,有安全,保持身體心理健康,父母也更放心.我好像看過歷史上是什麼帝國,忘了是波斯阿拉伯還是拜占庭, 從每家選十幾歲的男孩, 集中培養, 為國騎馬打仗, 日後有功光耀門庭. 中國有很多窮孩子, 不怕吃苦. 有錢人的孩子, 讓他們出錢給窮孩子好一點待遇. 在中國的城市和鄉村的生活環境里,是很難培養出孩子, 能從不同的文化地域角度來思考問題的. 這些固本主義就是世界上種族政治宗教文化的根本衝突所在.
