誰最先提出"共同富裕"？（漢英對照）

共同富裕
新中國之初，毛主席就提出「共同富裕」這一概念。
毛主席在《關於發展農業生產合作社的決議》中首次提出「使全體農村人民共同富裕起來」。
中共八大決定把黨的工作重心轉移到經濟建設上來，實現全國人民共同富裕。
實現全國人民共同富裕是社會主義的目的。
Common Prosperity
At the beginning of New China, Chairman Mao put forward the concept of Common Prosperity.
In Resolution on the Development of Agricultural Production Cooperatives, Chairman Mao proposed for the first time "to make all peasant Common Prosperity".
The 8th National Congress of CPC decided to shift the focus of the Party』s work to economic construction to achieve Common Prosperity for Chinese people.
To make all Chinese people Common Prosperity is the goal of Socialism.

新中國之初毛主席就提出 '共同富裕'? ang then?...and till mao's GONE with wind, the PEOPLE is really get the so called 「Common Prosperity」?
