道德經第七十七章 富愈富，窮愈窮

道德經 77 章：富愈富窮愈窮

天之道，猶張弓輿，高者抑之，下者舉之；

有餘者損之，不足者補之。

天道損有餘而補不足，人之道則不然，損不足以奉有餘。

孰能有餘以奉天下，唯有道者。

是以聖人為而不恃，功成而不處。其不欲見賢。

現代漢語說法：

天下的規律，就如拉一張弓，高的一端壓低，低的一端抬高。

有多餘的，減少些。有不足的，添補些。

天的規律就是減少多餘的來補充不足的。人群的規律則不一樣，從窮缺的人群中拿取，來奉獻給富足的人群。

誰能以富足來奉獻給天下？只有那些有道的人。

因而，聖人做事，但不自傲，事成而不居功。這是他不貪慾而成名流芳。

The law of haven is just like drawing a bow. The higher end of the bow is bended down, the lower end of the bow is raised up. For the muchness, it takes some away. For the neediness, it adds some on.

The law of heaven takes the muchness to supplement the neediness.

The rule of humans is not like that. It takes away from the neediness and give that to the muchness.

Who can take the muchness to contribute to wealth of the world under the heaven? Only those who have the law in mind.

Therefore, the sage do the things but not hold the things. When the thing is completed, he is not staying on it. He is being a fame with no desire.
