So under your proposal would you be willing would you force Chinese people to trace their lineage back to railroad workers or would you allow any Chinese person to get the money in.
I would say that you know obviously, the people who can trace the lineage back to the railroad workers. For sure I think they are entitled to the money. but I think the rest of us are entitled to the money as well, because you know I think that as a minority we have suffered we have been suffering a great deal.
The idea is simple, I think any minority in the history of the US. They were at some point oppressed, they were being discriminate against, should be entire to some compensation because idea is simple.
You know you have to right the wrong, right I thought that's the very idea of America. Would you be open to starting a committee, perhaps in the Los Angeles government. to investigate a similar proposal, to the San Francisco government's proposal or perhaps appointing members of the committee. I cannot wait. I live for that. My fellow Chinese Americans, my fellow Americans join me join me and Mr.Byerly. Let's start the movement. Let's make things happen. let's get some money! thank you.
