宇宙，是所有時間與空間的統一體。

The universe is the unity of all time and space.

大自然，有跡可循，自有其自然的規律。

Nature has traces to follow and has its own natural laws.

大自然潤育了世界各種人類，就會維持大自然人類的平衡 。 

Nature nourishes all kinds of human beings in the world, 

and it will maintain the balance of human nature.

為了維持大自然的平衡，大自然賦予各族人類和平共處，和平共存的智慧與力量。

這種智慧與能力，只是在於人類能不能找到，什麼時候找到。 

In order to maintain the balance of nature, 

nature endows human beings of all races with the wisdom and strength to coexist peacefully. 

This wisdom and ability only depend on whether humans can find it and when.

人類，是以族群為生存核心的。

有各種各樣的裔，有差異衝突的族，有信仰各異的群。 

Human beings are based on ethnic groups as the core of their existence. 

There are various ethnic groups, ethnic groups with differences and conflicts, 

and groups with different beliefs.

人類與人類之間，國家與國家之間，族群與族群之間，人群與人群之間，存在著巨大的差異。

文化的差異，交流的差異，習慣的差異，習俗的差異，傳統的差異，傳承的差異，

宗教的差異，信仰的差異……

差異, 是人類人與人，族與族，群與群，眾與眾，衝突的根源。 

There are huge differences between human beings, between countries, between ethnic groups, 

and between groups of people.

Cultural differences, communication differences, habits differences, customs differences, 

tradition differences, inheritance differences, religious differences, beliefs differences ……

Differences are the source of conflict between country, people, races, groups.

由此，人類，人與人，族與族，國與國，家與家之間的外交關係，外交文化，外交政策，

外交努力，外交措施，外交公關，最終的目的，最後的目的，都是讓人類和平共處，和平共生存。......

Thus, human beings, people to people, race to race, country to country, 

diplomatic relations between countries, diplomatic culture, diplomatic foreign policy,

diplomatic efforts, diplomatic measures, diplomatic public relations,

2022年百事可樂全國大學軍樂隊之戰NBOTB，是一年一度的音樂展示會。

2022 Pepsi national battle of the bands NBOTB is an annual musical showcase. 

使命是，提高歷史上黑人學院和大學 (HBCU) 及其軍樂隊的知名度。

The National Battle of the Bands' mission is to enhance the exposure of Historically Black Colleges 

and Universities (HBCUs) and their marching bands,

the roles they play in educating aspiring musicians, and developing future leaders.

Event organizers have generated more than $700,000 in scholarships 

for the participating colleges and universities. 

The 2022 event is in Houston, Texas and features dozens of HBCU bands from across the country.

The 2022 National Battle of the Bands (NBOTB) once again packed the house at NRG Stadium.

Over 55,000 fans from across the nation gathered together to see 8 of the best HBCU marching band's spirited and passionate performances. 

To make things even better, the evening culminated with an electric performance by GRAMMY®-nominated hip-hop artists Quavo & Takeoff. 

NBOTB 於 2019 年首次在休斯敦舉辦，旨在成為美國秋季軍樂隊賽季的開場白。

Hosted for the first time in Houston in 2019, 

The NBOTB event was created to be the nation's kick-off to the fall marching band season.

This annual event hosted by the Harris County – Houston Sports Authority (HCHSA), 

in partnership with Webber Marketing, serves as a yearly celebration of arts, 

education, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) culture. 

通過教育和文化舉措在社區內創造積極變化的機會，通過獎學金機會，

社區倡議，以及藝術和教育計劃來創造變革。

The NBOTB serves as an annual opportunity to not only celebrate HBCU culture but as a chance to create positive change within the community through educational and cultural initiatives

The NBOTB platform allows event organizers to create change through scholarship opportunities,

community initiatives, and arts and educational programming.

Moving forward, will continue to work towards using the NBOTB as a platform to bring new and exciting opportunities to the city of Houston.

今年，為 3,000 多名地區青年提供了參加 HBCU S.T.E.M. 的門票，大學招聘會和 NBOTB 活動。

This year over 3,000 area youth were provided tickets to attend the HBCU S.T.E.

College Recruitment Fair and the NBOTB event.

This opportunity allowed local students not only an opportunity to experience HBCU culture 

and spirit but access to educational opportunities and resources.

Students in attendance were able to speak with representatives from 22 universities, 

with real-time scholarship and acceptance opportunities. 

Over $700,000 in scholarships have also been donated throughout the event』s history 

to support educational and cultural initiatives.

除了提供教育和文化機會外，NBOTB 還努力為休斯頓市帶來積極的經濟影響。

NBOTB 是當地少數族裔企業的驕傲支持者。

Along with the educational and cultural opportunities, 

the NBOTB also takes pride in its efforts to provide a positive economic impact to the city of Houston.

Specifically, the NBOTB is a proud supporter of local minority-owned businesses.

In 2021 NBOTB helped provide over $100,000 in revenue for minority-owned businesses 

in Houston by contracting with them for various products and services.

NBOTB once again supported local minority-owned businesses in the lead-up to the 2022 NBOTB 

and will continue to do so for years to come.

The United States, a country where many ethnic groups live together, can make the culture, development, inheritance, tradition, art, communication, and religious differences of various ethnic groups..., 

Seek common ground while reserving differences, and live in peace, 

Showing the charm of this country's civilization, the spirit of fraternity, and the boundless power.

站在樂隊表演的現場，我深深的感受，也深深的感動。

每一種文化，都有自己始終如一的魂。 

Standing on the scene of the band's performance, I felt deeply and deeply moved.

Every culture has its own consistent soul.

人類，生存在這個地球上，生存的過程，有天災，有人禍，層出不窮，不可避免的。 

Human beings， Live on this earth, In the process of survival, 

There are natural disasters and man-made disasters, which are endless and inevitable.

生存，對於人類最大的傷害不是貧窮，不是困難，不是苦難，而是失望，是無助，直到絕望。

Survival, the greatest harm to human beings is not poverty, not difficulty, or suffering,

But it』s disappointment, helplessness, until despair.

歷史的人類，到處是戰爭，屠戮，悲劇重演。

人類，從來都不喜和平相處，總是要爭權奪利，勾心鬥角，爾虞我詐，自相殘殺，趕盡殺絕，你死我活，不死不休。 

Humans in history are full of wars, slaughter, Tragedies repeat over and over.

Human beings have never liked to live in peace. 

They always fight for power, intrigue, deceive, cannibalism, killing, fight or die, never stop slaughter.

相信生命的，生命是至高無上的，相信平等的，平等是至高無上的，

相信權力的，權力是至高無上的，相信殺戮的，殺戮是至高無上的。……  

But, believe in life, life is supreme, believe in equality, equality is supreme, 

Believe in power, power is supreme, believe in slaughter, slaughter is supreme. ……

無論相信什麼，生命，是文明的根本。

沒有了生命，物質文明，精神文明，都是空中樓閣，水中撈月，鏡中迷魂。 

Whatever you believe, Life is the foundation of civilization. 

Without life, material civilization and spiritual civilization are all castles in the sky, 

fishing for the moon in the water, fascinated in the mirror.

時間不是總是有情有義的，

固步自封，不改變與進步，失去的就永遠失去了。 

Time is not always affectionate and righteous, 

Stand still, do not change and progress, what is lost will be lost forever. 

每一個國家，都有自己獨特的文化，每一種獨特的文化，都有自己獨特的內涵，

每一種獨特風味的文化，都有自己獨特的魅力，

迥異的風格，豐富的底蘊，多彩的世界。 

Every country has its own unique culture, each unique culture has its own unique connotation, 

And each unique flavor culture has its own unique charm, 

Different styles, rich heritage, colorful world.

各種各樣，各族人類，各族文化，各族交流，融入世界，了解世界，走向世界，

真的是一場慢慢的，不可或缺的，偉大征程。 

All kinds of human beings, cultures of all races, and all races communicate, 

integrate into the world, understand the world, and go to the world.

It is really a slow, indispensable, and great journey.
