哈庫那馬塔塔!天氣這麼好,還研究個咔咔東師古牛人哇!
俺決定研究牛肉了先,於是去野餐燒烤啦,可惜有真相沒圖,以俺燒烤料理之神的境界,一邊烤牛肉一邊拍照是對牛肉君的大不敬,是會烤糊滴!
俺在韓國店買的超級厚的牛仔骨,是韓國肥牛肉哇!色澤紅潤,脂肪點綴在牛肉之中,有1/4寸厚。。。而華人超市買的東師牛仔骨,臉色醬紫,皮包骨頭,像個朝鮮脫北牛。。。當然,好像價錢也便宜些。。。
大火滋滋的烤兩分鐘,反面再嘶嘶的烤一分鐘,俺從來不腌肉的!腌制簡直是對這隻偉大的牛的侮辱!只要少許點綴些燒烤醬,孜然調味。。。分佈均勻的牛肉脂肪恰到好處的溶入牛肉里!而且由於油脂分佈均勻,用大火也不易燒焦,大火把肉味完全封起來,入口即化,肉汁橫流。。。牛肉嫩的一塌糊塗,燒烤的碳香也恰到好處哇!把俺也感動的。。。想起了一首肥牛燒烤之歌哇。。。
