洋人的典型操作能力

在美國,經常去drive through的快餐店消費的顧客發現,在20-30%的情況下店員把餐發錯,主要是缺了東西,或給錯東西。

"Restaurants are notoriously famous for forgetting items on drive through orders"

"As someone who used DoorDash often for about a year, 1/3 orders are delivered jacked up. "

"Workers failed to do an easy minimum wage job and pay attention to the screen which literally tells you what I want and quantity"

"I once ordered ice cream via UberEats. The driver pulled up and walked to my door. I went to the door a minute later and it wasn't there. I reviewed my cameras and the fat whale woman put the food at the door, took a picture, grabbed it and went to her car and drove away."

也就是說,洋人工作人員在做簡單的操作時,普遍有20-30%的錯誤率。
