我投訴到美國交通部,國航回復一分錢也不補償
我買的國航從紐約到成都的往返票,返程時因為國航去紐約的航班取消,於是把我送到洛杉磯。洛杉磯到紐約的旅費由我自己支付。
這導致我在洛杉磯機場滯留了四天,還被迫扔掉一件行李,自己買票回到紐約市。
為什麼假設我一定自己有錢支付從洛杉磯到紐約的旅費?如果我沒錢,豈不是在洛杉磯機場成了難民了。
國航今天1/28給我的電子郵件回復:
Dear passenger,
We were recently notified by USDOT about the complaint you filed regarding reimburse your cost from LAX to JFK.
First and foremost, please accept our apology on behalf of Air China for the inconvenience you have described.
By checking in our system, your inbound segment from CTU(Chengdu,China) to LAX(Los Angeles, US) on November 8th 2020 was used already. I totally understand your original routing was from CTU to JFK, however, Air China cancelled the flights from PEK to JFK due to Chinese government』s policy, Civil Aviation Administration of China』s policy and COVID-19 pandemic. Due to this situation, we could not be able to provide any reimbursement of LAX-JFK this segment.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
