別以為見錢進來就有錢可拿，你上當了。

那是在很久很久以前，我月工資42元5毛。從沒見過大錢。也記不清具體日子了，應該是70年代早期吧。地方糧食局想添一台電視機(大概彩電吧）。乘我回上海探親之間，讓我幫他們買后帶來，雖然有些麻煩，但都很熟，就答應了。從3000元現金交到我手裡后就沒睡過一天安穩覺：怕丟了。兩天兩夜的火車更是不敢合眼，每個向我走來的都像賊，防不勝防。

到上海後去買的那天把它捧在心口，渾身還有點顫抖，直到繳款后才好些。

現在回家探親，因信用卡尚有不少限制，上街時口袋裡總會揣上萬餘元，當然也不再心驚膽戰了。

剛來美時，年薪兩萬多已屬於寬裕階層了。記得有位3萬餘老兄，還常去冷泉港開學術會，那神氣，呵呵。不敢貶他。人家是有那麼兩把刷子的。如今招個技術員起碼也得付他五萬，加12.5%的保險福利。

今非昔比呀！

今天,月工資有4250算是混得還不怎麼的。
