90后一渣男冒充大叔上演狗血戀愛劇情大片

去年8月，38歲的單身母親阿穎（化名）和24歲的一名90后男子阿豪（化名）通過網路認識，阿豪自稱32歲，而且還是一名工廠的老闆，在聊天過程中，阿豪很具有「影帝」潛質，經常有意無意的將「公司業務賬單」和「汽車圖片」發給阿穎看，以此來引誘欺騙阿穎的愛慕，很快，在今年的2月份，兩人展開了正是的戀愛關係。

戀愛剛開始就提出借錢

按理說，這麼有錢的大老闆，應該會讓阿穎的生活有所改觀，然而就在2月底，兩個人的戀愛關係確立沒有幾天後，阿豪就打電話給阿穎，稱錢包被別人偷了，但是現在急需錢，由於戀人關係，阿穎便斷斷續續的借給了阿豪一萬元，也沒有打欠條。

真實身份被揭穿

此後，阿穎多次向阿豪多要錢，但是阿豪一直以各種理由不還，這便引起了阿穎的懷疑，於是阿穎私底下調查，發現她認識的這個阿豪並不是一名32歲的工廠老闆，而是一名工人！4月，阿穎又一次找阿豪要求還錢，阿豪還了3000元，一天後，阿穎便提出與阿豪分手，並表示餘下的欠款她也不要了，二人就此斷了聯繫。

分手后被要求複合拒絕後遭到裸照勒索

今年5月阿豪突然打電話給阿穎，要求複合，被阿穎拒絕，阿豪承諾不再騷擾。可是到了6月，阿豪再次聯繫阿穎，稱手裡有她的裸照，要求1萬元贖回，否則就將裸照放到阿穎女兒學校的網站上和她公司老總的郵箱里。為了讓阿穎相信，阿豪用微信將裸照發給對方。阿穎無奈給了他3000元。

變本加厲利用裸照再次勒索

誰知十多天後，阿豪又打電話給阿穎勒索1.4萬元，否則就把照片傳給阿穎公司同事。迫於壓力，阿穎答應給他1萬元，不過要求當面把錢給他。於是，阿穎約他在一家飯店見面。當阿豪出現在飯店門口時，阿穎的朋友立刻報警。在等待警方期間，阿穎對阿豪稱自己湊不到1萬元，只能給他5000元。就在阿豪收錢準備走人時，民警趕到將其拿下。

阿豪接受警方審訊時稱，他在江門賭錢輸了十幾萬元，來廣州后缺錢，就找理由向阿穎借錢，分手后他對阿穎還有感情，但阿穎說已和前男友和好，他一時惱怒，加上急等錢用，就決定用裸照來勒索。照片一部分是手機視頻截圖，一部分是開房時偷拍的。

近日，從化法院以敲詐勒索罪判處阿豪有期徒刑10個月並處罰金2000元。

華裔渣男邸千賭場輸光報警強逼房東借錢

在法拉盛Ash大道夾邦恩街（Bowne St.）某家庭旅館租一個床位的中年華裔男子邸千，日前向警方指稱房東把門反鎖、扔他東西等多種惡劣手段企圖非法驅趕。房東孫先生則稱，雙方糾紛是因邸千欠龐大賭債，沒從他那裡借到錢而報警。警方介入后，雙方終於和解，邸千帶著房東借他的數百元日前搬出家庭旅館，並留下一封給房東的信，作為借據。

房客邸千投訴稱，房東孫先生得知市樓宇局（Building Department）要來檢查后，開始驅趕房客，因他不肯搬走，多次把門反鎖，扔掉他放在冰箱的食物和一些日用品，還企圖把他的行李箱扔到街頭。

針對這起投訴，孫先生表示，「這房客不久前因攻擊罪被捕，釋放后沒錢，我出於好心讓他住進來，勸他改惡從善。」

孫先生指出，雙方此次衝突的起因是賭博，「上月20日，他說賭博輸掉老闆讓他辦事的錢，不還錢工作就沒了，因此開口向我借1000元，我沒借他，後來了解到他把離婚賣房剛分到的錢也輸掉了，而且向幾個人借錢還沒還」。

「因為我不借他錢，他就不付租金並威脅稱，這個家庭旅館非法，他就在這裡不走，而且要去舉報，讓旅館開不下去。這種情況下，我決定關閉家庭旅館，讓其他住客搬走。沒想到，他開始搞破壞，弄壞電飯鍋、撬門、砸鎖、威脅，朝我臉上吐口水，拳頭在我眼前晃，嚇得我們不敢進屋。」

關於邸千投訴他換鎖一事，孫先生指出，對方聽說如果房東換鎖，警察可以逮捕房東，於是就以換鎖為由，兩次從逃生樓梯爬到四樓，從窗口進入。孫先生解釋，他開始並沒有換鎖，後來不得已才換鎖是因為邸千在鎖心裡塞了牙籤。

孫先生強調，「我並沒有扔他的行李，現在他連吃飯的錢都沒有，前幾天，想向我要3000元，最少2500元，說拿到錢馬上就搬走。我最終給了他700元，他在周二早上搬走了，還寫了一封給我的道歉信，此事也算告一段落」。

孫先生指出，紐約有上千家家庭旅館，數以萬計的華裔房東分租床位給打工者。家庭旅館和分租都不合法規，但卻為眾多收入不高、以打工為生、甚至要寄錢回國的華裔移民提供很多便利、降低他們的生活成本，為政府解決一些社會問題。

邸千，男，1971年2月出生，遼寧省大連市人，現居紐約法拉盛，職業是送貨司機。嗜好抽煙賭博，打架鬥毆，詐騙，欠債不還，誣告債主及房東。有犯罪被捕入獄記錄。

邸千，一位來自中國大連市的45歲男子，在美國居住了二十多年，因為沉湎賭博而傾家蕩產，妻離子散，於是不停地搬家，到處向人借錢不還，租房欠繳租金，還經常報警誣陷債主和房東。邸千騙錢的手段之一，就是吹噓自己的「輝煌歷史」，並將一份履歷表作為「道具」。

以下《中國游泳教練工作簡歷及主要成績》由邸千同志自己編寫，內容的真實性存疑，未經大連市體育局等單位審核。

邸千同志自稱1994年移民美國，以「傑出人才」身份獲得綠卡。但邸千同志在美國並未從事過任何與體育運動有關的工作。他目前是一家櫥櫃公司的送貨司機。邸千同志自稱出身於游泳世家，母親和繼父都是游泳教練。在美國，邸千同志不停地搬家，不停地向人借錢，有借無還，四處躲債，還因刑事犯罪多次被捕入獄。邸千同志每次向人借錢，總是拿出自己編寫的《中國游泳教練工作簡歷及主要成績》，以博取對方好感，然後含淚訴說房子和財產都在離婚過程中被前妻奪去。然而實際情況卻是，邸千同志把大部分時間和精力都花在全美國各家賭場里，在「百家樂」、「牌九」等賭局中把工資和借來的錢全部輸光，然後只能靠繼續說謊騙錢度日，租房而拒付租金，對房東敲詐勒索，還報警誣陷債主，以致經常與人爭吵衝突，糾紛不斷。邸千同志每到一地短住，都會大幅增加當地警署的報案率和警員的出勤率，攪得街坊雞犬不寧。

Mr.Qian Di Claims that he immigrated to the United States in 1994, and obtain a green card by the "outstanding talent". However, Mr.Qian Di has not engaged in any work related to sports in the United States. He is currently a delivery driver for a cabinet company. Mr.Qian Di claims that he was born in a swimming family, his mother and his stepfather are swimming coacher. In the United States, Mr.Qian Di ceaselessly moving and borrows money from people but without returning. then he bilks everywhere. He has been arrested several times for criminal offenses. Every time, Mr.Qian Di always took the resume, "the swimming coaches in China and main achievements" which he wrote, to make and each other's a good impression when he borrows money from people. Then, he tearfully complained of his house and property have been taken by his ex-wife in the divorce case. The actual situation is, however, that Mr.Qian Di spent most of the time and energy in various casinos in the United States. His wages and borrowed money lost all in the gambling games, such as "Baccarat", "Pai Gow" and so on. Then he must continue to lie and cheat money in order to live. He rented the room, but refused to pay the rental. He blackmailed his landlords. He reported and framed his creditors. As a result, he often quarreled with others, and constant disputed. During he lived in every place, the local police report rate and the police attendance were increased. He made the neighborhood out of utter confusion.

華裔「賭王」邸千的刑事案將於3月16日在馬里蘭法院開庭

華裔賭徒、大連人邸千先生（45歲，乳名蛋蛋，英文名David）在美國屢次因犯罪被捕。去年《世界日報》曾採訪報道過邸千先生的一宗敲詐勒索案件，在紐約華人社區轟動一時。今年3月16日上午9點，馬里蘭法院將開庭審理邸千先生的另一宗刑事案件，歡迎公眾前往旁聽。
