中國官媒愚弄百姓實在是太噁心了。我注意到，環球時報等中國媒體以「利比亞新政權或允一夫多妻」為標題煽動不了解利比亞的中國民眾敵視推翻卡扎菲獨裁政權的利比亞新政權，並稱卡扎菲是禁止一夫多妻的，因此暗示新政權取代卡扎菲是社會的退步,。

利比亞的新法律還沒出台。但在卡扎菲統治之下的利比亞，一夫多妻制合法卻是不折不扣的事實。
下面是卡扎菲利比亞的法律：

Polygamy: permitted with prior judicial permission based on grounds of financial and physical capacity; written agreement of wife may authorise husband to marry polygamously or authorisation may be given by court for certain reasons.
根據卡扎菲統治之下的利比亞法律，只要有相應的經濟條件，就能娶多妻。大老婆的允許「可」授權娶多妻, 但不是必要的。只要有錢，就算是沒有大妻的同意照樣可以娶多妻。所以一夫多妻制在卡軋菲的利比亞完全是合法的。

中國官媒的噁心之處是強調宣傳利比亞新政權要推行「一夫多妻」制度，卻隻字不提卡扎菲時期利比亞一夫多妻制度合法這一事實。弄成「卡扎菲時期男女平等禁止一夫多妻制，而新政權上台後馬上復辟恢復一夫多妻制」這一假象。這就是最惡劣的Propaganda，把中國老百姓當傻瓜一樣愚弄。。

所以，在老卡的時候一夫多妻不是不可以，但有一些限制（你提到的）。而新的法可能沒有這些限制，會更容易一些。西方社會對一夫多妻製表示有concern。

下面這篇文章說，允許一夫多妻可以解決一些女子的問題，很多女子其實是支持這個制度的。

所以，在老卡的 ...
在中國古代，男子納妾是要大婦(正妻)同意才能納的。而且有些朝代法律要求男子年過幾歲后沒子才能納妾。但沒有人會否認「一夫多妻制」(更準確的是一夫一妻多妾制)在中國古代的合法性。
卡扎菲統治之下的利比亞法律明確表明，一夫多妻制是合法的，但男方須符合一定
經濟條件才能娶多妻，或者大婦同意也可以讓男方娶多妻。事實上，即使是按照伊
斯蘭原始法律，「一夫多妻制」也是有限制的，比如不能娶四個以上，等等。
結論：事實證明，中國官方媒體所報道的「卡扎菲禁止一夫多妻制」完全是無稽之
談。
