It is carp but not sure it is asian carp.
It does not taste goot. We had the same one last year but the meat tasted like beef..

- snortbsd: i chatted with an american guy (my gun pal) on this issue. there are 15 millions asians in the states and it is quite sizable market for asian carps.I hate people here use the word "ASIAN Carp". It sound implying something.

你說的那種魚，應該是catfish。 咱們叫它老鯰。 這個魚很好吃。不過， 湖裡的魚只是釣著玩。要吃還是吃海魚。
