is that right? cnn aderson cooper showed minutes ago, right on the spot that, in tokyo, 辐射水平 was over 10 times higher than normal (of course, still under the standard of safety)...

used to be much higher. If it would melt, it would be higher by many magnitudes

at one point, it was almost 20 times, now it is dropping...
