haha, i want to share the day with you!now i put something about it in order to make everyone know more about it!!!

1. Goose or turkey: A fat tasty bird is the main ingredient to any Christmas dinner.

2. Roast ham/cranberry sauce: Sometimes people have a roast ham and eat it throughout the holiday period. Cranberry sauce is the perfect sweet accompaniment.
烤火腿(小紅莓果醬):有時,人們在整個聖誕期間都吃這種烤火腿,小紅莓果醬則是最好的「伴侶」。
3. Roast potatoes and Caramelized potatoes: Two types of potatoes at least are essential!
烤土豆、焦糖土豆:兩種聖誕餐桌上的最基本食品。
4. Prune stuffing: Stuffing the bird with fruit adds flavour and is itself delicious. Prune stuffing is my personal favourite with goose.
西梅脯餡料:把調味水果放到火雞肚子里使火雞味道絕佳。西脯梅餡料是本人的最愛。
5. Salmon and caviar: This is the perfect Christmas starter, perhaps washed down with a glass of champagne.

6. Christmas pudding: A very traditional English Christmas requires that a sixpence is put inside the pudding, whoever finds it wins a prize.
聖誕布丁:傳統的英國聖誕節往往將一枚六便士硬幣放在布丁內,誰若找到它就會贏得一份獎勵。
7. Rice pudding + cherry sauce: This is the traditional Danish Christmas dessert. In Denmark if you find a whole almond in your bowl then you win a prize.
