I conducted interviews for my previous company in UK and US. anyway, long story short. Keep it neat, get to the point. it's business, you actually interview them as well. Ask good questions, don't worry challenge them. Research the position you are interviewing with. See what kind of competitors your prospected job are having. Then during the conversation, make it like meeting with the interviewer. Back and forth, making it like a meeting or assignment, at the end, tell them you want the job and follow up with professional thank you note. That's all it takes.. Surely, you need to know what you are going for... you don't have to be 100 % qualified. Companies hire talent, not plain "work hard". (think about it, you are hired, you expected to do 100% already...) |
