電腦死機，如何拯救硬碟數據

TOSHIBA 筆記本電腦，由於在關機時無法關閉，使用電源鍵強行關閉，再啟動時，無法啟動，並出現如下提示信息：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware of software manufacturer for any windows updates your might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware of software. Disable Bios memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

已經按照上面的提示去做，但進入安全模式后根本進不去，還出現以上提示信息，系統無法啟動，請教應如何拯救電腦數據？

開機時按F8
好象有個選項叫什麼按上一次的模式(？)進入

設置光碟第一啟動，放入操作系統光碟進行升級安裝。既保護了數據又恢復了系統。

LZ你可能和我一樣不幸，硬碟壞了 。

我和你的情況一樣，周六折騰了我一天，最後把硬碟和移動硬碟換了一下，裝到移動硬碟就不停地讀盤，無法進入。

感謝以上各位給我的意見。
現在我的問題已經解決。找了一個修電腦的，通過對硬碟掃描，發現硬碟有ERROR，可能這是出現問題的主要原因。問題是即使將來再出現同樣的問題，自己沒有工具，也無法將硬碟拆了，用其它的電腦來檢測硬碟的問題。
