Wraps, pancakes
Recently, I saw in mainland "Huang Taiji" who is selling Chinese style pancake thinks of expending business to United States, I feel very good. They treat the pancake as other fast food, good packaging, unified decoration of the clean store, even a special culture like McDonald's. There are various types of pancakes, such as bean flour, corn flour, flour, taroflour, and various colors of wraps. When packaging, break the big pancake, insert a piece of lettuce in the middle and fold it into the bag. The yellow side of the egg is crispy and fragrant. It looks so good and tempting. I like the pancake, and the pancakes in Shandong as well. I think of it and drool. In Bellevue, Seattle, there was a similar fast food near the lake, it was called 「wrapper」. It was a very thin cake made of flour, wrapped with various meats and vegetables, rolled up and sold in paper bags. Very delicious. |
