目前不需要物品，因為在亞特蘭大的華人就已經足夠供應了，而且他家就是個2-bedroom，沒地方放東西。捐的錢都在基金會裡，用來為他們家付費, 不給她個人，以防止印度人的官司惹到這些錢。

下結論為時過早。美國的法律，判罪前視為無罪。審判時陪審員也要聽取雙方辯詞然後作出決定。

i think it has to do with my paypal account status cause both cards are linked to my account and paypal wants to confirm them again since there was once an unauthorized transaction.

帶著成見的人是不能當陪審員的，估計在律師篩選時就淘汰了。僥倖「漏網」的如果判決后被人查出事先就有了成見，判決就可能被全部推翻重來（mistrial）。

我知道這是非正式的，不過在你的回答選擇里沒有「還需要進一步證據」等之類的可選。當陪審員需要這項。

我們會在二審時建議王醫生的律師提醒法庭，對王進行心理評估。這可能對法官的量刑有幫助。May 11 second trial in New Haven Supreme Court. Come along if interested.

有點道理。提起那個案子，讓人想到陪審員制度有很大抵缺陷。
