問：1. Part 8. Question A: "How many times have you been married (including annulled marriages)?"
I am currently married, and this is my only marriage. I am not sure if they are asking how many times I have been married including my current marriage or excluding my current marriage. Should I put here 1 or 0.
2. Part 8. Question G: "How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?"
Same for my wife, this is her first and only marriage. Again, are they asking how many times she has been married including the one we are in now, or excluding the one we are in now? Should I put 1 or 0.
3. In the instruction guide it says - "If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (meaning ''Not Applicable'') in the space provided."
Should I sprinkle the word "N/A" everywhere there is a blank in the form, eg:
- Table listing other names used - Fill unused spaces with N/A
- Name change field - I am not doing a name change, fill the spaces with N/A
- Table listing residence stayed and employments - Should I fill empty spaces with N/A?
