如果吃不準該店是否賣你要的東西，可以問： Do you carry (air conditioners / scotch tapes / .....)? 或： Have you got any ....?
如果估計這家店有你要的東西，可以問：
Where can I find ......please?
或：I am looking for xxx. (一般不等你往下說 "Will / can you please tell me where I can find it?" 人家就開口告訴你了）
或 I am having trouble finding xxxx. Will you please show me where it is ....
