給政治小白菜講講為什麼美國政治不搞追殺？

瞌睡說最緊要的問題是團結，也就是說他不會追殺川賊。因為總統追殺會引起在野黨選民反彈，激化對立。

但是三權分立，這不影像國會繼續糾纏。

所以無論是否有罪，最後都無罪，瞌睡可以給赦免，目的就是緩和對立，團結兩黨。川賊可以low，但是瞌睡要選擇high。

這就是美國政治的常態。
