I suggest you delete your max age reqirement on your ad quickly, as it is an open invitation for legal trouble later on. U.S anti-discrimination law only made a few excptions for a small numbers of occupations to set a upper age limit when it comes to recruiting, such as police, firefighter, airtraffic controller, and military, to name a few. Your is clearly not included.
