Since ancient,
the persons who know how to follow the laws of heaven do not enlighten people with tricks, but teach people to be
truthful.
It is
difficult to administrate the people because the people have many tricks.
Therefore,
it is the state』s harm if the state is administrated with tricks.
It is
the state』s luck if the state is administrated without tricks.
We know
these two are as opposite forms. It is opposite to common sense. This is the
abstruse rule.
The abstruse
rule is very deep, very wide. It is opposite to things. Only when we understand
these two, we can greatly follow the nature laws.
