如何應對「no internet connection」

整理文檔，看到一年多前為幫助朋友處理「no internet connection」所寫的一段文字。本想一刪了之，想到也許有人會對此類 「how to」感興趣，特意作為博文發給大家，希望能在某些時候起到一點幫助作用。謝謝。

How to fix the problem of no internet connection

The operating should have automatically installed the driver for internet connection already.  So you don』t need to install any driver for cable connection of internet connection. (For cordless connection, some computers need to install the driver.)

1)     Check the light next to the cable connection at the back of your computer. If there is no light, then there is no connection.

2)     Go control panel the network connection,   right click network connection, then enable network connection.

If still not work,

3)     Right click network connection property select internet protocol (TCP/IP) select obtain  an IP address automatically.

If still not work, maybe need to do something with your router:

4)     Start--> Run-->cmd, bring up the command prompt  (dos).  You type: ipconfid/all , enter, find the physical address (your computer』s address)

5)     In the other computer with internet connection, use your router IP address go to your router web page, check if your computer physical address is in your network filter of the router. If it is not there, you need add your computer physical address in it.
